Eva was admitted as a Solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court to practice law in 2007 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and a member of the French Australian Lawyers Society. Eva has over 20 years of successful business management experience and has extensive experience within criminal law, civil litigation as well as in conveyancing, wills and estates. Eva is a practiced solicitor advocate in the NSW Local Court and NSW District Court and has successfully instructed Barristers in Local, District and Supreme Court Litigation. Eva has developed a niche area of advising in the food and beverage industry on compliance matters relevant to advertising and marketing for the Australian and International markets. Focus areas include an in-depth knowledge on FSANZ (Food Standards Australia and New Zealand), TRIPS (The Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights), TTB Regulations (Alcohol and Tax and Trade Bureau).
